1 1/2 cups washed brown rice
2 tablespoons margarine alternative (earth balance)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon better than broth veggie

Sautee rice in margarine.  Mix broth and water and pour over rice.  Add salt.  Bring to a boil and simmer 1 hour.  Sprinkle chopped almonds on top and serve.
