Ingredients:
- Japanese Eggplant
- Sesame Oil
- Rice Vinegar
- Soy Sauce
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Sesame Seeds
Directions:
- Slice the eggplant in 1/2 lengthwise and grill.
- Cut into cubes and toss with remaining ingredients.
