Ingredients:

  • Japanese Eggplant
  • Sesame Oil
  • Rice Vinegar
  • Soy Sauce
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Sesame Seeds

Directions:

  • Slice the eggplant in 1/2 lengthwise and grill.
  • Cut into cubes and toss with remaining ingredients.
