Ingredients:

  • 2 very ripe Hachiya persimmons
  • 1 cup organic coconut milk
  • pinch of ground ginger
  • pinch of ground cardamom-optional

Directions:

  • Blend all ingredients, preferably in a high speed blender, adding ice or additional water to produce desired consistency.
