Ingredients:
- 2 very ripe Hachiya persimmons
- 1 cup organic coconut milk
- pinch of ground ginger
- pinch of ground cardamom-optional
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients, preferably in a high speed blender, adding ice or additional water to produce desired consistency.
